Deborah Ocasio is a strategic communications professional and founder of DO PR Elevation, where she helps brands move beyond visibility to build credibility, trust, and lasting impact through intentional public relations and marketing strategies.
She holds a Master’s in Public Relations and a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Media Design, along with formal apologetics training from Biola University.
Deborah’s experience includes serving as Public Relations Director for former heavyweight champion Larry Holmes, where she managed media outreach, brand storytelling, and signature events, sharpening her ability to position brands with clarity and influence.
